I am a Data Scientist working at Venterra Realty. I mix traditional statistical analyses and modern machine learning approaches to produce economic forecasts. I also leverage my experience in land-use regression to identify sub-market-sized spatial trends.
During my doctoral studies, I built novelty by applying statistical and ML models that were widely-applied in other fields but underutilized in air pollution sciences. It turns out time series air pollution measurements look at lot like data from economics, health, and other popular fields.
