About me
I work as a data scientist; currently, at Venterra Realty. Here I do spatiotemporal analysis and modelling of United States housing markets. I have a fondness for time series analysis and forecasting but am proficient in the gamut of ML methods and experimentation.
I completed my doctorate in chemical engineering at the University of Toronto. My thesis covered the application of novel data analysis and ML techniques to large sets of air pollution data. Here novel means novel to the field of air pollution studies, which tends to lag in application of modern methods.
I enjoy classic roguelikes, especially DCSS; am currently reading Sanderson's Stormlight Archive; and enjoy time with family and cooking.
